Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc. is currently recruiting Sales and Service Associates for our Customer Contact Centre in Cork City. The Sales and Service Associate will receive and process calls from travel agents, business houses and the general public, book reservations and provide information on all Starwood brands/properties, in a professional manner with specific emphasis on sales and service to the caller in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures. Position Requirements: Candidates must be computer literate with an excellent telephone manner, the ability to work independently and have strong aptitude for Sales and Customer Services. Fluency in English and French is essential.
