Description
Key Duties will include: Manage upkeep of Sage CRM for full end-to-end sales process (leads, contacts, opportunities, post-close customer success). Perform system administrator function of the Sage CRM application. Responsible for maintaining functional areas of contacts / relationship, accounts, opportunities, dashboards and reports. Develop and create customized reports and dashboards. Pro-actively identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in existing systems and Sage CRM setup. Ensure cleanliness of sales pipeline. Work with renewal reps and sales managers. To qualify:- 2+ years working in a business analysis, sales or similar role within IT or Finance. Understanding of CRM and customer care systems management. Advantage if previous experience Sage CRM(or Salesforce) / SQL Server / Qlikview. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Excel skills.
