A leading distributor in the salon and pharmacy sectors is recruiting for a Salon Representative to promote a portfolio of products within the southern territory (Kildare through to Galway). Ideal candidate will have a qualification in beauty therapy with a minimum of 2 years retail b2b sales experience.Skills required in addition to a strong commercial acumen are detailed below:Duties and Responsibilities:Sales and promotion of the product portfolio (face and body).Developing excellent business relationships with all customers is a key element of the role.Have an in depth knowledge of territory and competitors which results in a high level of business management on territory.Provide feedback to your line manager relating to your territory strategy, customer status and competitor activities.Implement sales strategy and plans to increase sales and market share.

Skills Requirements

Job Requirements:Current or prior experience as a Sales Representative or background in beauty industry.Proven sales skills & commercial acumen within the industry.Effective account management skills or proven ability to build and maintain business relationships. Ability & confidence to cold call to develop new business.A suitable and very attractive remuneration package that includes company car, commission, lunch allowance, mobile and laptop depending on overall experience.
