We are looking for an individual with enthusiasm, drive and initiative. The successful candidate will have the following:

A relevant third level qualification and demonstrate an exceptional track record
A minimum of three years experience at senior level in a Community based multi disciplinary initiative
An understanding of current Drug and Alcohol policy issues and best practice
Have excellent reporting and presentation skills
Have experience of client assessment and development of Care Plans
Have the ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience of developing exciting new programmes
Full Clean Driving Licence
D1 Licence is desirable
This position will include scheduled day, evening and weekend work

Salary: The salary for this post is in line with HSE Social Care Salary Scale (depending on experience)
