The Daughters of Charity Community Services (DoCCS), which is based at 8 and 9 Henrietta Street, Dublin 1, provides a range of educational, training and social care services for adults, youths and children in the North Inner City.
Applications are invited for the position of: Senior Administrator – Central Services
Reporting to the Director of Services of the Daughters of Charity Community Services, and a member of the Management Team, the Senior Administrator will have the following duties:
PA to the Director of Services
Management Administration
Secretarial Support to the Chairperson, Company Board and Executive Service Committees
IT Systems Support
Buildings/Facilities Management
HR Manager
Managing of Reception/Support Staff
Required Skills and Competencies:
A relevant third level qualification in the fields of business administration, human resources, or intermediate technology will be advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with a proven track record, at a senior level in organisational management administration
High proficiency in IT Systems support such as networking and operating systems
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to work individually or as part of management team
Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple work tasks
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ideally have experience in a HR Role
The salary scale is Clerical Grade VII which ranges from €47,013 – €61,418, with entry above the minimum being possible depending on experience and qualifications.
