The Centre for Effective Services (CES) is a not for profit, intermediary organisation, with offices in Dublin and Belfast. We work across a range of government departments and agencies, not for profit and community organisations, to improve outcomes for communities, families and children.
Due to the expansion of our work, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the senior management team, to manage a range of programmes and projects.
Senior Manager
The successful candidate will be an outstanding leader and manager with a proven track record of working effectively at a strategic and operational level within a complex environment. He/she will be focussed on meeting client needs and developing and maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders in Ireland and Northern Ireland including government departments and agencies; service providers and practitioners; academics and expert advisors; philanthropic foundations and international networks. The successful candidate will have a relevant professional background, significant senior experience working in human services (health, education, social care, justice, global development), a passion for developing and implementing evidence based and evidence informed public services and the credibility to represent CES.
CES offers a competitive remuneration package and the opportunity to make demonstrable improvements to the lives of citizens. The post will be based in Dublin and regular travel between Dublin and Belfast is expected. The post is full time and will initially be offered on the basis of a 3 year, fixed term contract. Secondment arrangements will be considered.
