Essential Criteria
Qualifications:
Applicants must have successfully completed a Degree Level in Social Care, Social Work, Psychotherapy and or Psychology.
Full clean driving licence (Pre August 2014)

Experience:
Minimum 1 year’s Social Care Worker experience preferably in a service for adults with Autism

Desirable:
Management Experience.

Skills/ Abilities:
Proven, Strong Leadership Skills
Ability to work on own initiative and Ability to work alone
Ability to work as an effective team member
Knowledge of Relevant Legislation
Must be prepared to work shift work / weekends on a roster basis to include sleep-in duties and night duties
Excellent Communication Skills
Fluent English
