The Down Syndrome Centre Cork seek a part-time Senior Speech & Language Therapist to work in early intervention services with babies and children up to 7 years.

This is a part-time/sessional basis contract based at the new Down Syndrome Centre Cork to begin with; with a view to extending the service in the future based on needs. The Down Syndrome Centre is based on Forge Hill, Cork.

Requirements:
Post-graduate experience required with children with intellectual disability
A special interest in working with children with Down Syndrome
Membership of IASLT
Registered with CORU
The ability to work without supervision and on an autonomous basis
The desire and ability to research, identify and implement new early intervention group programmes
Experience in Lamh and Hanen
