Customer Service Representative required within our service centre team. Duties include dealing direct with customer queries via email and over the telephone along with some general admin tasks. Applicants must be computer literate for this position. Skills Required in customer service, technical customer service support, telesales and multi tasking.The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail. Enjoy working as part of a team but confident to work on own initiative. Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skills. Strong customer service and good telephone manner are essential. Previous experience in a customer service role would be an advantage.
