Description

Duties: Providing excellent customer service; Logging and managing all inbound and outbound Service calls; Management of the Service Engineers; liaising with customers ensuring customer satisfaction; Managing and maintaining all Service dockets; management and administration of the Service Contracts; Provide Stock Control and Parts Ordering administration. Skills requirements: Relevant experience in a similar role ideally from the Catering or Manufacturing Industries; Fluency in English, both written and verbal; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Must be reliable and be able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
