Essential Criteria
Hold a third level qualification in social care, nursing or other relevant healthcare degree.
Have experience in managing staff teams.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the development and delivery of a comprehensive service, meeting a full range of key targets and making significant improvements
Worked with a diverse range of stakeholders internal and external to achieve successful outcomes
A proactive hands on ‘can do’ attitude
Demonstrated capability in change management
Previous experience in a respite environment is highly desirable for this role
