As a Service Manager, you’ll be an ambassador for Positive Futures and will be responsible for leading a team to deliver and develop the highest quality service for the people we support. You’ll need to maintain positive, professional working relationships with key people inside and external to Positive Futures and demonstrate creativity and imagination in delivering our unique approach to meeting the needs of the people we support and their families and carers. Postholder will have 70% office and 30% practice time.
Essential Criteria
A relevant health or social care management qualification.
A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in an operational management capacity, which must include the supervision of staff / volunteers and financial management.
Full, valid driving licence in order to transport people we support or agreement of reasonable adjustments (if you have a disability) to meet the travel requirements of the role.
