Description
Services Co-ordinater required to work with Service Operations Manager to ensure efficient handling of engineer work. Duties include: Scheduling of breakdowns and service calls onto web based operations software; Utilise field management system to log and track engineer calls and customer reports; Dealing with customer calls for servicing needs & breakdowns; Responsible for all service department invoicing & spare parts orders; Manage all contract proposals and follows-ups for all equipment; Manage and track asset, contract and order information. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in an administration position with excellent telephone manner, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft programmes and knowledge of SAP operating systems is an advantage. The ability to learn new systems, controls and procedures is essential. Knowledge of medical or service sector an advantage but not necessary. A strong attention to detail needed and to be a highly organised and motivated individual with good interpersonal skills.
