About the Services Department
The Services Department offers face-to-face supports to women subjected to domestic violence and abuse, through our one-to-one casework support, the Domestic Abuse Information and Support Service in Dolphin House, The Maternity Project Outreach Service and the High Risk Support Project. This post will support the administrative needs of the Services Department for twenty hours per week.

About the Role
Title: Services Administrator
Reference: WASCESAD23 (please cite in all communications with Women’s Aid).
Reports to: Services Manager.
Contract: Permanent, Part-time, twenty hours per week.
Hours: From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work a minimum of one Thursday afternoon per month. (1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
Location: Primarily based at Women’s Aid head office at Wilton Place, Dublin
Salary: Women’s Aid Clerical Officer Scale. Pay point commensurate to experience and available funds.
Purpose:
The role of the Services Administrator will be to provide administrative support to the Women’s Aid direct services for women impacted by domestic abuse. The work of the Services Administrator will be underpinned by the values and principles of the organisation and will consistently promote the strategic goals of Women’s Aid.
