Description
Manage site operations; Audit and inspect contract standards, complete site visit documentation; Ensure the required work, standards and financial targets are achieved in areas of responsibility; Contract start-up planning; Implement the ISO Quality Management Systems; Foster customer relations; Promote possible services on site; Liaise with client representatives; Promote quality client communications; Staff management; Delegate to working supervisors on site; Implement performance management system on site and conduct appraisals and reviews with supervisors; Management of and advising site supervisors on disciplinary matters; Team building; Recruitment and selection; Administrative and Budgetary Duties; Check pay sheets, special payments and site expenditure; Ensure invoicing of all work on site; Check management accounts, query budget over spends; Account Development; Pass information to/communicate/liaise with business development personnel or Branch Managers.
Skills Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Experience in the Service sector & experience of hospital/healthcare sector essential; Excellent computer skills; Strong management skills; Ability to manage multiple priorities; Team player; Flexibility. Applicants must supply suitable character references and be prepared to complete a Garda vetting form.
