Established in 2008, Daffodil Care Services offers a range of residential and community based services through a national network of registered children’s residential centres, aftercare supported accommodation and community based outreach support.

As a full time Social Care Manager or Worker you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the unit and work in close collaboration with the Social Care Leader and other sCentre Managers in creating and maintaining a warm, accepting and secure environment for the young people and to ensure the highest possible standards of care are maintained at all times. You will play a key role in the delivery of a therapeutic residential service. This will be achieved by providing frontline care to young people and developing and maintaining professional relationships with care staff as well as young people and their families.

Successful Candidates will possess:
Recognised Social Care Qualification
Experience working with vulnerable young people in a residential setting and 4 years management experience to apply for the Social Care Manager role
A valid full driver’s license
A successful record in the delivery of care services to a high standard
Good computing skills, including MS Office Software
