The Role:
Overview and purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to support an individual to build connections in the community and to assist them to access social outlets/events which are meaningful to them.
To work in a targeted and focused manner to ensure that individuals are facilitated and empowered to make contact with others which they share common interests.
To facilitate individuals to be proactive in managing and directing their choices.
It is critical when undertaking your work that you do so in a manner that is consistent with Cheshire Ireland’s values and ethos.

Salary range: Dependant on Experience
