Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as part of a team to ensure learners and tutors are fully supported and engaged within the apprenticeship and traineeships programme.
This is a valuable role within the Employability department as the successful applicant will be responsible for the elements of the delivery and assessment of learners as well as the overall verification of the Apprenticeship and Traineeship programme.
The successful applicant is required to have excellent knowledge, understanding and practical experience of working with apprentices and be able to communicate effectively with the learners and their employers. The ability to multi-task and deal with conflicting priorities is essential. We are looking for an individual that can work as part of a team but who also has the ability to use their initiative and be pro-active. The successful applicant must have good attention to detail.
Salary: £16,000 – £22,000 per annum
Hours of working: 37 hours per week (including out of normal working hours)
Persons responsible to: Business Manager – Employability
Persons responsible for: No direct line management responsibilities.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Special conditions:
The employee will be required to work for a minimum of 2 days a week from the Sport Structures office in Birmingham
Casual Car User Allowance
Attendance at meetings outside of normal office hours
