You will have
6 months’ experience (paid or unpaid) providing care or support for someone
a positive attitude about the people we support
flexibility to be part of a rota of staff support covering seven days a week, working unsociable hours
the ability to travel independently*
* Positive Futures defines this as being a car driver and holder of a driving licence, or having access to a form of transport which will permit the applicant to meet the demands of the post
