The Role
Our Support Workers support adults in their own homes to live empowered, independent lives. A typical day might include helping them plan and prepare a meal, complete some household chores, or engaging in a hobby. You may also be supporting with medication, financial management and personal care. The job description provides more information.
Do I need experience?
Full training is provided. You do not need any previous formal experience – we need people who are caring, kind, compassionate and patient. Any experience that you may have in supporting a family member with anything from household tasks to emotional support will be helpful. You will have gained valuable skills in any customer facing role – communication, problem solving, team working etc. these are all relevant to providing support to people.

If you can give us a commitment to put the people we support first, we can give you:
€25,785 – €38,057 pro-rata depending on experience
