This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a small team, who support a young man with autism in his own home. A central part of the role is to work in partnership with his support broker, family and small staff team, to provide support that enables him to create and maintain the good things in life. This role will include working some sleepovers, weekends and bank holidays.

Essential Criteria:
The successful candidate must have:
Proven experience of leading, managing and mentoring a staff team
Ability to maintain and create good respectful relationships with key stakeholders
Commitment to working within a supported self-directed living approach
Excellent verbal, communication and facilitation skills
A relevant qualification
Full, clean driving licence

Desirable Experience Required:
Knowledge and/or training in social role valorisation and supported self-directed living
Networks and contacts with the local community
