TITLE OF POST: Team Leader – Full Time
LOCATION: Mullingar
REPORT TO: Manager
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Praxis Care Board
RESPONSIBLE FOR: A team of Support Workers

Main Purpose of the Post
The Team Leader is part of the support team whose function is to meet the practical, physical and emotional needs of individuals within the Project based in Mullingar. Through a key worker system, he/she will also be responsible for the designing of individual programmes of support and co-ordinating the delivery of the package by a group of Support Workers and him/herself.

The participants within the scheme will all have a learning disability and either a mental illness and/or challenging behaviour.
