Founded in 1963, The Irish Society for Autism is a not for profit organisation, that provides a range of person centred services for people with Autism.

We are currently recruiting for the following role:

Team Leader Social & Health (CNM1)

This is a full time, permanent position based in our Dunfirth Farm, Enfield, Co. Meath and is a key position within the organisation.

The key requirements for this role are:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care is essential.
An appropriate qualification in health or social care management at an appropriate level is essential.
Applicant must be registered with An Bord Altranais.
Knowledge and experience of industry standard paperwork for e.g. HIQA guidelines, and regulations.
Extensive experience in the Autism sector.
Excellent verbal, written, communication.
Experience in Leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in a social model of care provision.
