Tenancy Sustainment Worker – Novas

Candidates must have:
At least 2 years’ experience of working or volunteering in any related social care service.
Level 7 or higher qualification in Social Care or related field OR 5 years’ experience working or volunteering in any related social care service.
An understanding of diversity and an ability to treat clients respectfully in a non-judgmental manner.
Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
Be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet and Email.
Have good written and oral communications skills.
Flexible when taking part in a rota system involving weekend work and public holidays.
Full clean drivers licence and use of own car.
