Role Purpose:
North & East Housing Association are currently recruiting for a Tenant Services and Engagement Manager. The successful candidate will lead a team in the delivery of quality housing services to our tenants and maximise the Association’s engagement with tenants to ensure our tenants’ voice is heard. This role will be responsible for the management of our tenant support desk together with the oversight of the Housing/Tenant Services staff.
Key Accountabilities:
Housing Services- Developing and maintaining quality services to our tenants.
Tenant Engagement- Ensuring continuous communication with tenants and maximising opportunities to ensure that the tenants’ voice is heard and taken account off in our decision making.
People Management – line management for the team ensuring resources and performance/development meets the required standards.
Programme Management – support the organisation to define KPI’s, track and report on organisational performance versus the strategic plan, prepare reports for interested parties and support implementation and follow through.
Leadership – actively participate as a member of the leadership team to support cohesive team collaboration towards the achievement of shared goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential
Third level qualification ideally in social, consumer, management or business studies
Experience working in Property / Housing services
Developed leadership and management skills
Excellent IT skills
Excellent Communication and reporting skills
Customer empathy
Project management experience
Car driver/Full Driving Licence
Desirable
Experience as a customer service team manager
Communications and digital media.
Practical requirements:
Willingness to travel and if required overnight stays for work purposes

North & East Housing Association was established in 1993 and has developed from a small-scale, mainly voluntary organisation into a well-established housing provider with a proven track record in the delivery of high-quality homes, comprehensive housing services and tenant supports.

We look forward to this role of Tenant Services and Engagement Manager taking defined responsibility for leading a team in the provision of tenant services and engagement.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, problem solving, leadership and team work skills who can demonstrate a high level of ability and commitment.
All staff are based in our Dublin 15 office, however there is an amount of travel involved with the role so the successful candidate may work from other agreed office locations in Dundalk, Kells and North County Dublin during their weekly schedule. We can be flexible with the successful candidate in how this is managed.
Therefore, a full clean driving licence and ownership of a car is required. The salary scale for this position is €59,000 to €76,982 per annum.
