Position entails:
Working in partnership with the therapeutic coordinator, centre manager and Voluntary Board of Management (VBOM) to follow through the aims, objectives and agreed areas of work outlined in the Work-plan. Provision of administrative duties to support the services provided in the family resource centre and therapeutic hub.
The successful candidate must highlight in their application form that they have:
Formal qualifications post leaving cert relevant to administration and clerical role.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working in an administrative role
As well as the above, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate at interview that they have
The ability to interact effectively, discreetly and confidently with service users.
To work effectively as part of a team.
The ability to work efficiently and in an organised manner.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to support and meet the administrative needs of a service
Strong organisational skills, time management, administrative, accounting and IT skills
Salary: Based on administrative grade, subject to funding
