An opportunity exists to join the La Bucca team as a Trainee Manager. This position is perfect for college graduates or anyone with previous supervisory experience that is looking for a step up the career ladder. You will be trained in all aspects of the restaurant before being allocated a managerial position within one of our three award winning restaurants. Own transport is not essential but would be helpful as initial training will take place in all of our three County Meath restaurants. Previous supervisory experience in the hotel & catering industry or may suit a college graduate with relevant catering qualifications.
