Trainee Manager required to work in all aspects of the business. Along with the store manager and assistant manager this person is responsible for all aspects of the store performance, including the sales, profitability, shopping experience and quality of produce and customer service. The ideal candidate must have 2/3 years experience in a similar role, Commercial experience is essential and good leadership skills, Work within each of the key departments to gain sufficient knowledge to act as stand in manager for any of the Shop floor duties, Ensure excellent customer service and that all staff are well coached in our I care service standards. Ensure that the department adheres to Centras high standards in relation to cleanliness, the look of the store, and the presentation of the store. Observe and use initiative to look for efficiencies within each department and address non-performing areas effectively with quick solutions in conjunction with management team.
