CMS Distribution are the leading Independent IT Distributor in the UK & Ireland. Now is your chance to join our team in Mayo, Ireland. This position will be responsible for managing all travel arrangements for CMS (all sites) and provide cover to Non-Stock Accounts Payable function Responsibilities:Become Go to?person managing CMS travel and expense solution (Concur)Booking: flights, trains, hotels, hire cars, arranging taxis for the Group. Seeking approval from relevant manager / director for each booking. Sending travel booking confirmations / information to travellers. Reconciling all credit card, employee expenses and travel expenses on Concur to correct cost centre.Approving all hotel expenses on Roomex invoice, each month (x 2 = Euro and GBP) for payment. Approving all train travel bookings against Trainline account to ensure invoices are accurate for payment. Researching travel options (domestic and international)
Skills Requirements
Supporting Skills:Have strong administration and communication skills. Diligence and attention to detail.Good excel skills are desirable. Good team player but capable of working on own initiative. Qualifications Should Include: 1 year Admin or purchase ledger experience desirable. Good communications skills (written and oral) are essential for this role. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Methodical with an eye for accuracy and detail. Good team player.
Salary: €20,000pa
