We are now recruiting for the position of Tús Coordinating Supervisor which offers a fantastic opportunity to support us in delivering our Tús Programme. This involves working with clients, community based organisations and agencies to provide quality work placements for 200 people with the aim of progressing previously unemployed people to work or further training.
This position is that of a Tús Team Leader with additional supervisory responsibilities and includes the following:
Team Leader
Managing quality work placements in the community
Working with the Tús Team in recruiting participants
Managing and supporting the progression of participants
Co-ordinating Supervisor
Overseeing the performance of Team Leaders
Contributing to our strategy, policies and procedures
Liaising with our Funders
You should have:
a third level qualification
a background in working with community groups, organisations and statutory agencies
people management experience
excellent interpersonal skills, organisation skill, writing skills
the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
the ability to build and maintain relationships
Our other requirements:
you need access to your own transport and have the relevant business insurance
Garda clearance will be required
experience in developing and delivering training is desirable
Salary Range: Tús Team Leader salary of €38,808 plus €5,000 gross per annum.
