Meath Partnership wishes to recruit a panel of suitability qualified and interested candidates for the position of Tús Supervisor to join our team on a full-time contract basis.

Primary responsibility attaching to the role is to support, supervise and manage a scheme of 20 participants in their placements with community groups in Meath.

Key Skills / Qualifications Required:
Human Resource Management skills and a proven track record in supervising others is essential for this role
Career and personnel coaching would be an advantage
Conflict management and problem solving skills highly desirable
Attention to detail with strong administrative skills vital for this role
Strong office systems competency (Excel, Word, Databases, CRM, etc.)
Excellent customer facing and customer focused skills
Ability to handle varied tasks and to switch from one area of focus to another
Good organisation skills, time management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and key members of management to achieve operational targets
Knowledge of the community sector in Meath would be an advantage

These roles will form an integral part of the Tús team within Meath Partnership and will allow the successful candidates to develop and broaden their experience and career in a dynamic organisation. A salary of €31,000 with flexible working terms is on offer.
