Meath Partnership wishes to recruit a panel of suitability qualified and interested candidates for the position of Tús Team Leader on a full-time contract basis. This is a management role and there are three immediate positions available.
Primary responsibility attaching to the role is to provide direction, instructions and guidance to support a core team of up to 5 Tús Supervisors and 100 participants for the purpose of achieving operational goals and targets and will comprise the following remit:
Provide team leadership and coaching
Responsible for team performance and achievement of targets
Focus the team on the tasks at hand including both internal and external customer requirements i.e. participants and sponsor groups
Coordinate team logistics and manage team direction and focus
Quality control and checking function within the scheme ensuring compliance with administrative, contractual and programme requirements
Communicate team status and task accomplishment to a designated management team of which you will be a member
Support, supervise and manage a scheme of 20 participants in their placements with community groups in Meath
Key Skills / Qualifications Required:
Team management and development skills
Conflict management and problem solving skills
Attention to detail with strong administrative skills and an ability to analyse and present data
Good organisation skills, time management and communication skills
Ability to motivate, monitor and support work collaboratively with team members and key members of management to achieve operational targets
Personnel management skills and qualifications highly desirable
These roles will form an integral part of the management team within Meath Partnership and will allow the successful candidates to develop and broaden their experience and career in a dynamic organisation. An immediate start is foreseen and a salary of €36,000 and flexible working terms are on offer.
