An engineering company in industrial heating business is looking for a warehouse manager with office administration knowledge. We are based in Sanyford Industrial Estate, D18. Main duties: Managing stores Inward/outwards duties Stock-check purchasing planning – parts which are frequently used/mostly required Procurement duties – sourcing parts/suppliers at the best prices/lead times. Dealing with European suppliers (parts and transport) and customers (all industries) Preparing quotes, estimates Sales – Boilers and burners spare parts Sending parts to clients (complete with documentation – delivery dockets)Office duties Preparing technical documentation for the projects Creating new jobs, maintain work schedule is up to date. Sage Software – Entering new jobs, creating PO, updating records When required, help engineers on sites (Ireland) Experience Required: At least 5 years Full clean driving licence Time management Task prioritization Purchasing and Sales (Industrial).
