Description
This is an ongoing role, 40 hours a week. Hours of work are Sunday to Thursday from 6pm to 3am.Providing administration, data inputting and report generation to the Warehouse Supervisors. Manage and resolve customer and client queries raised by phone and email.Identify emerging trends and issues and escalate these to your Supervisors.Ensure responses are sent in a timely, professional manner and meet all established quality and customer satisfaction metrics. Provide feedback and information to the business to ensure we continually improve our customer experience. Undertake administration duties as required/directed ensuring that Company standards are adhered to at all time. To liaise with other functions as necessary in order to ensure a consistently high level of customer service is promoted and maintained. Any other duties that may be applicable to this role. Full training will be provided so this role.
Skills Requirements
Strong customer service experience. Excellent phone and written communication skills. Confident and friendly personality with excellent people skills and the ability to work in a team. Excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with key PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapid change. Keen problem solving and investigative skills. Excellent organisation skills.Excellent attention to detail. Good PC skills. Fluent English. Hardworking, dedicated.
