Stanleys Wine bar and Restaurant in Dublin 2 is seeking a highly qualified Wine Director and General Manager. The sought after candidate must have the following experience and qualifications: minimum Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers; Advanced (Level 3) Certificate with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust; Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Operations Management; Minimum 10 years of experience in Hotels/Hospitality; Minimum 7 years of experience in Managerial positions in Food and Beverage; Michelin star level experience; Strong leadership skills; Ability to create, maintain and successfully drive a competitive Beverage; program with strong focus on the wine list and a dynamic by the glass list; Inventory, stock control and making key decisions for the Beverage program; Purchasing and building supplier relationships; Strong organizational skills; Event planning and co-ordinating menus for corporate/private dining ; Experience in creating beverage training plans.
