Nature & Scope:
Crosscare, the Social Support Agency of the Dublin Archdiocese, has a fixed term contract for a Youth Justice Worker in the Garda Youth Diversion Project in the LAB in Dun Laoghaire area.

The position of Youth Justice Worker/Youth Worker is funded by the European Social Fund (2014-2020) and the Irish Youth Justice Service, Department of Justice and Equality. The Garda Youth Diversion Projects are supported by the Irish Youth Justice Service in conjunction with An Garda Síochána.

Reports to:
The project staff are employed by Crosscare as Youth Justice Workers/Youth Workers and will operate out of LAB in Dun Laoghaire Youth Service under the day to day supervision of the Youth Service Manager. All Crosscare staff are expected to work under Crosscare policies and guidelines. The staff member will also work to a Project Committee.
