Muscular Dystrophy Ireland (MDI) is a voluntary organisation that offers a range of support services nationally to persons affected by neuromuscular conditions and their families. MDI seeks to recruit an enthusiastic individual with relevant qualifications and experience for the following position.

Youth Respite Worker
[1 year fixed term contract]

Eastern Region
[Covering Dublin, Kildare & Wicklow]

The holder of this position will deliver a Youth Respite Service in the eastern region and support the coordination of camps provided by MDI to its members. Candidates should be excellent communicators with experience and knowledge of health and social services, have an understanding of the needs of people with disabilities. And have the ability to co-ordinate activities/work. Enjoy flexible working times and some travel.
