3D design of new products and its sheet-metal parts using Solid Works and their adaption for CNC programs (Punching and folding). Preparation of production drawings and guidelines documentation for manufacturing staff. Continually seeks to identify and drive improvements in process, equipment, production layout and operational performance. Analyse process, product, material and equipment performance with view to implementing effective technical resolution Develops and maintains manufacturing procedures. Develop and prioritise project plans and communicate regularly on progress for all work activities. Demonstrate commitment to patient safety and product quality at all times. Diploma /Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication. Demonstrate good approach to problem solving and project management. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
