Description

Goods Outwards: The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for picking, packing and labelling goods going out to our branch network. Goods Inwards: The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for unloading, labelling and putting deliveries into stock. Print orders received daily and confirm, pick and dispatch as required. Build pallets with orders for the branch network and label accordingly. Hood and wrap pallets ensuring they are safe for loading and transport. Correct reporting of damaged stock. Housekeeping. Participate in stock take when required. Adherence of all Health & Safety rules and procedures.

Skills Requirements

Essential: Previous Warehouse experience. Current forklift Licence with relevant driving experience. Proficient computer user. Enthusiastic and energetic approach to work. Good Team Player. Demonstrate Flexibility within the role. Desirable: Previous experience and/ or product knowledge from within the heating and plumbing industry. Experience in other forklift usage i.e. reach truck, power pallet truck etc.
