Reporting to the HR Manager the successful candidate will carry out the full remit of the HR generalist function. Responsibilities: Responsible for the recruitment, selection and induction of staff into the Company. Updating and maintaining Human Resources policies/procedures. Overseeing the implementation of any new or amended policies/procedures. Monitoring and supporting the Health and Safety Officer to ensure the Health & Safety Management system is maintained. Supports and advise managers on employee relations issues. To act as key point of contact for selected HR systems (Timepoint and TrainstationHR). Ensuring that all employee records are maintained. Ad hoc administration duties. Skills Required: Professional HR Related Degree. Knowledge of HR practice and employment legislation. 2 years + working in a HR Generalist/ HR Assistant. Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
