Description
Manage site operations. Audit and inspect contract standards, complete site visit documentation. Ensure the required work, standards and financial targets are achieved in areas of responsibility. Contract start-up planning. Implement the ISO Quality Management Systems. Foster customer relations. Promote possible services on site. Liaise with client representatives. Promote quality client communications. Promptly deal with any client issues or complaints. Check that all quality related discrepancies are rectified. Skills Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be Garda Vetted and able to produce evidence of same. Experience in the Service sector & experience of hospital/healthcare sector.
