Community Clinical Partner – Cheshire Ireland (Dublin)

The people we are looking to recruit will be on a fixed term contract, 39 hours per week , in Dublin Community Cheshire services

THE ROLE
What we do?
The role of the Community Clinical Partner (CNM1) is to provide clinical and professional leadership to frontline care support teams working across the continuum of Cheshire Ireland Services, specifically community services.
The Clinical Partner will offer the support to and clinical oversight by supporting the frontline care support teams in each service in the standardized implementation of organisational clinical policy and procedures, ensuring full compliance with the organisational policy, statutory and legislative requirements and standards. The role will be responsible in supporting consistent service provision through the implementation of evidence based decision making and learning and by fostering and promoting a culture of professional development for all staff.
Operating out of a social model of disability, you will have responsibility to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to meet the physical, psychological and social needs of individuals with physical and neurological disabilities receiving Cheshire Ireland services.

What you will do.
The successful candidates will have the ability to operate independently with good use of initiative, and also to work effectively with all relevant stakeholders in a collaborative and engaged manner. They will able to deliver and review training initiatives and develop frontline practice in relation to best practice standards. They will be able to contribute to clinical policy and practice reviews and be able to implement any subsequent practice development group initiatives and actions and provide feedback.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
CNM1 level operating experience
Driving Licence Essential
Ideally should have experience in an environment focussed on physical and neurological condidtions in a managment capacity
Have experience in the delivery of training to all levels of staff
Have experience in the development and implementation of policies
Ability to engage with and work with all stakeholders
Have evidence of Personal & Professional Development
