Description

Ensure that the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety system are maintained in accordance with the relevant ISO standard (9001, 14001, 18001) and the EPA IPPC Licence; Direct management and development of the Quality & Systems Co-Ordinator; Being a member of the site management team play an active part in oversee the smooth and effective running of the site, whilst ensuring that all department and site KPI targets are achieved; The QEH&S Manager shall ensure, practice and promote a strong culture in relation to all Health & Safety related matters within the company; Educate and coach managers and employees on how they can best improve their performance within the QEH&S arena.

Skills Requirements

Qualified to required level; Experience in facilitating and leading continuous improvement initiatives and fostering lean principles within the Operations environment; Experience of implementing and maintaining Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Systems; Co-ordinate QEH&S audit programs.
