Description

Two Health & Safety Officers is urgently required for an on-going assignment of at least 18 months working on a unique and varied contract based in Derry & Donegal. Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to across wind turbine farm sites. You will ideally have a number of years of experience in Health and Safety within the Wind Farm industry. The Role: Working with the equipment design team to eliminate or control hazards. Documenting and tracking hazards and their resolution. (establishing audit trials). Creating and validating safe work practices and risk assessments for manufacturing, construction, and operations/maintenance activities on or around a Wind Farm Site. Knowledge in Health and Safety legislation and best practice. To assist with compliance and continuous improvement. To ensure that the Health and Safety plan and important information is understood and operated by all employees on site.

Skills Requirements

Basic Qualification: A recognised Safety qualification (NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent). 2-5years work experience in HSE supervision of construction activities. You should have similar experience, be available at short notice.
