Applications are invited for the position of Senior Support Worker which will be based in CRC Hartstown Local Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in leading and managing the Centre in conjunction with the Manager.

The successful applicant will:-
Have at least three years’ experience of working with adults with physical and sensory disabilities
Have a minimum of social studies or other relevant qualification such as Healthcare Support – QQI Level 5 full award is essential, QQI Level 8 is desirable
Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
Have a working knowledge of New Directions policy is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Have a good awareness of health & safety issues
Have IT skills that include email, word and excel
Be an excellent and innovative team member with a strong commitment to the empowerment of people who have a disability

Department of Health Salary Scale, Family Support Worker €26,004 to €34,514. You must demonstrate in your CV and supporting documentation how you meet the above criteria as short-listing will apply.
