Description
Duties to include: Interact by phone (inbound and outbound) with outside parties to solicit orders for insurance services, make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up. Contact businesses or private individuals by phone. Deliver prepared sales scripts to potential customers to sell an insurance product or service. Describe insurance products and services. Respond to questions. Identify and overcome objections. Take the customer through the sales process. Obtain customer information. Obtain possible customer leads. Maintain customer/potential customer data bases. Follow up on initial contacts. Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts. Skills Requirement: Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Attention to detail and accuracy. A team player, with ability to work on own initiative. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Great listening skills. Ability to analyse problems and solve them. Be adaptable.
