Description
Auction Xchange is based in Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18. It is an Auction House providing an asset disposal service to insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, rationalising companies and private clients. The Trainee will gain practical experience in auction house operations via the following tasks: recording & checking stock deliveries; ensuring stock is appropriately assembled, disassembled, located & displayed on the auction house floor; offsite asset collections and deliveries; lotting & uploading stock to the company website; advertising & marketing Auction Xchange via online & social media channels; following up on customer queries & updating the customer database; responding to phone & mail enquiries; processing buyer & seller transactions, data entry and ad hoc duties. The Trainee will attain the skills required to drive sales growth and provide a positive customer experience through efficient execution of the business operations processes.
