Customer Service:Ensure that all customers are dealt with in a friendly, efficient and prompt manner; Advise the customer on which of our products to use and provide technical advice where necessary; Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner and provide a prompt solution; Selling – Maximise selling opportunities with both customers visiting the Trade Counter and those calling into customer Services; Support of Sales Representatives; Pass on any sales leads to the relevant sales representative. Administration; Organisation of Trade Counter; Keep the Trade Counter area clean tidy and well presented; Keep trade counter stock replenished and organised.
