Brian Mc Cormick Sports & Leisure are currently looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to work in our busy retail store. Duties will include: Greeting customers who enter the shop. Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for. Being responsible for processing cash and card payments. Replenishing stock when required. Answering queries from customers. Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers. Dealing with customer refunds. Keeping the store tidy and clean. Being responsible for security within the store and being on the look out for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc. Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays. Merchandising of stock.

Personal Skills. The applicant should: Have a friendly and engaging personality. Be comfortable working with members of the public. Have a confident manner. Be helpful, polite and articulate. Have a good telephone manner. Be punctual and have good timekeeping skills. Be able to work as part of a sales team. Have knowledge of inventory techniques. Be of a smart appearance. Have excellent customer service
