Description

Retail Sales Assistant required to work in a busy retail store. Minimum of 2 years experience is required. Duties will include: Greeting customers who enter the shop. Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for. Being responsible for processing cash and card payments. Replenishing stock when required. Answering queries from customers. Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers. Dealing with customer refunds. Keeping the store tidy and clean. Being responsible for security within the store and being vigilant with regard to theft, fraudulent credit cards etc. Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays. Merchandising of stock. The applicant should: Be friendly and engaging. Be comfortable working with members of the public. Have excellent customer service skills, be helpful,articulate with a good telephone manner. Have knowledge of inventory techniques and be able to work as part of a team.
